While your application form may be submitted via the internet, a property must be inspected in person by the prospective tenant applying before any lease is signed.
Please note that we conduct employment checks, reference checks and previous rental history (if any).
It is a condition of any lease with EIS Property Management that rental payments are to be paid by Direct Debit from your nominated bank account into our Rental Trust Account on the due date.
