Shae has always had a passion for property, studying Housing and Design and learning about different architectural styles, whilst exploring her love of décor through this time studying. Shae completed her Real Estate License in her own time before commencing her career in real estate as a portfolio manager with EIS. Keen to further her knowledge even more, Shae is now exploring the Diploma of Property Services.
Before commencing with EIS, Shae worked for the Airlines as both a Supervisor and an Aircraft Movement Co-Ordinator. Having experience working in challenging and extremely fast paced environments, Shae knows the importance of punctuality, attention to detail and problem solving to deliver exceptional service to others.
Having been both a tenant, and now an aspiring homeowner herself, she appreciates first-hand the importance of ongoing, timely communication and follow ups. She believes that people appreciate genuine effort and consistency and that results are earnt not through cutting corners, but through continuous hard work and commitment.
Her friendly personality, passion for customer service, building relationships and organisation skills ensure her success as a real estate professional.
